Céline POCHAT-BOHATIER obtained her PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Montpellier (France) in 1999. She has been working as Assistant Professor at the University of Montpellier (France) since 2000. She is involved in the process engineering courses (drying technology, liquid transport, mass and heat transfer operations) in the department dedicated to Food Science and Food Technology of the Engineer School Polytech. She got her accreditation to supervise research in 2010.
Her current research interests in the European Institute of Membranes (UMR CNRS 5635) in Montpellier (France) include the elaboration of membrane by phase separation processes, the control of their porous morphology and the development of functionalized membranes. She is the author and co-author of 60 publications, 3 book chapters, 2 patents, and 10 invited talks, and she is the co-organizer of 1 conference.
